Development of statistical data-analysis software for Single Photon Counting experiments (ensemble and single molecule): 

Time resolved Fluorescence Analysis:  global compartimental analysis on excited state; electron transfer; anisotropy

Burst Integrated Fluorescence Lifetime Analysis: triplet-on_of blinking, intersystemcrossing 

Instrumental techniques:

Confocal beam scanning microscope (Olympus IX 70): responsible for the set-up and further negotiations with Omnilabo-Olympus / Set-up: Optical trapping and laser-systems on the confocal microscope / Single Photon Counting: (Burst Integrated) fluorescence lifetime decay ,  anisotropy decay /Spin Coating/ Scanning Nearfield Optical Microscopy (zeolites)
